AIR CLEANERS by Airflow Systems
The F-Series air cleaners from Airflow Systems collect dust, smoke, coolant mist, oil smoke and other atmospheric pollutants in industrial plants, shops, schools, and factories with high efficiency 2,3, or 4 stage filtration processes. These complete, packaged air filter units can easily be attached to ductwork and pickup hoses for at-the-source collection of pollutants. For applications where source collection is not practical or possible , they can be used as free hanging air filter units, cleaning your shop air of smoke, haze and other pollutants.

The F Series Free Hanging Air Cleaning units from AirFlow Systems are built to handle the toughtest industrial applications.  The offer many robust features making them a perfect solution for your industrial air cleaning and filtering needs.  Common features are detailed below and individual specifications for AirFlow Systems dust collector models F90, F120, F240, F360, and F480 are in the table below.

  • Nominal Air Flow Capacities from 1600 to 12000 CPM.
  • Belt Drive Blowers including Class II Belt Drive Blowers for higher stratic pressure, longer filtesssr life and greater reliability. These are non-sparking with no belts or pulleys to replace.
  • Non ElectroStatic operation for high reliabiity and low maintenance.
  • Ultra-SealŪ filter mounting which eliminates contaminant bypass of filters.
  • High Efficiency Filter Media to provide maximum effectiveness with low air to cloth ratio for extending cycles between filter changes.
  • Prewired to junction box for fast and easy installation.
  • Constructed of durable and long lasting 16 ga. powder coated steel cabinet.
